Minimum Invoice Value

Invoices of less than $80 (before G.S.T.) attract a freight & handling fee of $9.50.
All invoices attract a $2.50 fuel surcharge levy per order.

Payment Terms

The following are terms and conditions applicable to all orders invoiced and delivered on or after the 1st of July 2000. Placement of an order is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Retail sales are not available from Sullivans.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
G.S.T. is not included in quoted prices.

Delivery for all Orders

Orders will be delivered free into store (F.I.S.) throughout Australian states and territories, unless otherwise specified.
We reserve the right to freight via the carrier of our choice in all cases. The purchaser shall not be relieved of any obligation to accept or pay for the goods by reason of delay in delivery.
Our obligation to deliver shall be met on arrival of the goods at the purchaser's designated delivery address or at the address appearing on the invoice.
Risk in the goods supplied by us to the purchaser shall cease when the goods are delivered to the purchaser or into custody on the purchaser's behalf.
Goods remain our property until payment in full is received from the purchaser. Risk in respect of goods sold ex our warehouse ceases upon our despatch of the goods.
We reserve the right to recover goods at the purchasers expense in the event of default of payment for those goods.
Every reasonable precaution will be taken when packaging orders, however we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to stocks of Wool Poles, Rods, Tracks and Track Sections ordered in less than the quantities specified herein.

Descriptions, Dimensions and Sizes

Whilst every care has been taken to ensure details and descriptions are as accurate as possible, some particulars may be approximate only. We also reserve the right to amend specifications without prior notice.

PLEASE NOTE: Windoware is a manufacturing & wholesaling company, trading only with bona fide businesses. All orders require a current Australian Business Number (ABN).
